A day on the record
Who had the van, what happened to it, and who pays.
Every handover, trip, parking bay, camera event, refuel and fine lands on the vehicle’s own record, with a name and a time against it.

Example: a € 109 traffic fine for VKT-41-R at 13:02 is read from the letter. M. Bakker had the van from 05:58 to 17:50, so it is matched to him and charged back.

Example: the front brake pads on VKT-41-R are 1,240 km over their limit, read from the van. The date still shows 29 days left, but the service is due now, by distance.
Maintenance
Maintenance before the breakdown
Service intervals track real mileage read from the vehicle, not a date somebody typed in last year.
New on the platform
One platform. No extra tools.
Every trip is logged from GPS, built to the Dutch tax office’s requirements. Drivers mark each trip business or private in the app and add any detour kilometres, with no form to fill in. Records are kept for seven years, as the law requires.

Our camera unit watches the road and the driver. It flags following distance, lane departure, distraction and fatigue, and each alert comes with its clip, so you review footage instead of arguing about a number. It is the one capability that needs our hardware.

Once the van is parked, the driver gets a notification asking whether to park there. One tap confirms it, and the bay is reserved in that zone. No parking app at the kerb, no permit expiring while the driver is inside, no ticket landing three weeks later.

It draws on maintenance history, insurance, accidents, fuel use, engine data and the manufacturer’s manual, for every vehicle and every year. Ask whether to keep a van another season, or have it write the fleet report you would otherwise build by hand.

Three signals say no.
Fuel use has drifted 11% above its own baseline since March.
Two front-end repairs in fourteen months, both nearside.
APK falls in March and the timing belt is due at 210,000 km. It is at 197,400.
Against that: it is your second-most-used van, out 84% of working days.

The whole platform
Every vehicle. One complete picture.
Sixteen capabilities in four areas, all writing to the same vehicle record.
Different pressures, same platform. Pick the one that sounds like your week.
Staffing agencies
Vehicles change hands every week. Handover records that still hold up when the damage is disputed a month later.
Last-mile delivery
High mileage, thin margins, city zones. Fuel, fines and parking permits under one roof instead of four.
Service companies
Vans full of tools and parts. Track stock, service intervals and exactly who had the vehicle when.
Passenger transport
Driver behaviour, shift planning and vehicle condition on one screen, with the paperwork already done.
Hardware
Connect your fleet, your way.
The most common reason fleet software stalls is a hardware project nobody agreed to. Here is exactly what each option needs.
Level 01
Phones only
Handovers, damage detection, trip registration, fines, parking and maintenance run on the phones your team already carries.
No equipment
Level 02
The car’s own connection
Many vehicles built since 2020 are already connected. With the owner’s permission, EasyFleet reads mileage, location, fuel or charge, and service alerts.
No equipment · varies by model
Level 03
Keep your trackers
Already paid for GPS units? Connect them and get live tracking and engine data without replacing anything you own.

Pricing
Clear pricing, in writing, within two working days
Tell us how your fleet runs and we send a written quote that shows what you pay and what is included. Your price follows the vehicles you run and the capabilities you switch on.
Glass damage and tyre condition are not covered today, and nothing underneath the vehicle or inside the cabin is either. Your operator still records those by hand in the same checklist. The scan does not quietly skip them.
Does the scan work without a signal?
Capture does. An operator can complete a whole handover with no connection, and the images upload once the phone is back online. The analysis runs in the EU cloud, so the findings appear when the upload finishes.
Where does our data go?
It is processed and stored in the EU. We will sign a data processing agreement whenever you ask for one. You do not need to be a large account to get it.
Do we need new hardware?
Only for video telematics. Everything else runs on your team’s phones, on the connection built into many newer vehicles, or on the trackers you already own.
Can drivers use it in their own language?
Yes. The driver app runs in five languages, and vehicle contracts can be translated before a driver is asked to sign one.
Do you support tachographs?
No. Tachograph data is outside what EasyFleet does today. If your fleet needs it, keep your current tachograph solution alongside EasyFleet.
